Facilities Tour
Our research is primarily performed using the following facilities:
STM #1 : A聽聽USM1300 scanning tunneling microscope (STM)
STM #2:聽聽USM1300 scanning tunneling microscope (STM) with homebuilt exchange chamber, prep chamber, and load lock.
Te-based home-built molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) system
Fermi聽dual MBE system: oxide MBE (main chamber) and Se-based MBE (second chamber).
UHV Probe station
UHV 鈥渟uitcase鈥� #1 (left) and #2 (right) for the UHV transfer of samples between different equipment.
